As a fitness trainer and nutrition coach for nearly a decade, I noticed that nutrition is often the biggest missing piece. Even people trying to eat healthy struggle to find truly fresh, clean, and nutrient-rich food.
My connection to farming began early, spending weekends with my grandfather, a cattle farmer. That experience shaped my respect for natural farming, clean food, and sustainable living.
